Using this website

These terms describe the conditions on which we make the site available. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or submit information through it. A clothing purchase requires a separate agreement between you and Dust Em Vintage. These website terms do not override that agreement or any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Inquiries and purchase discussions

Sending a message or photo starts an inquiry. It does not create a purchase agreement, reserve an offer, or require either party to complete a sale. We may ask questions or decline clothing that does not fit our buying interests.

For a purchase, we discuss and agree on the specific items and price. After that agreement, we may request additional verification photos or information. For shipped purchases, we send payment after satisfactory verification and before you ship, using the payment method agreed between us. Local pickup and estate arrangements may differ and are discussed separately.

Confirm the items, amount, payment method, shipping arrangements, and any agreed costs directly with us. Do not ship clothing to an address that has not been confirmed for your transaction. A payment service's processing times and protections depend on that service and the transaction. We do not promise that every transfer is instant or protected by a particular buyer or seller program.

Your information and authority to sell

When discussing a sale, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and tell us about known damage, repairs, missing parts, reproductions, or ownership restrictions. You do not need to identify or date an unfamiliar garment before contacting us.

You must own the items or have authority from the owner or estate to sell them. We do not knowingly purchase stolen property. Purchase agreements must be made by an adult with legal capacity or an appropriately authorized representative.

Messages and photos you submit

Only send material you are entitled to share. Avoid unrelated personal information or images of other people without permission. You retain any rights you hold in your photos and messages.

By sending material for an inquiry, you permit us and the service providers involved to receive, store, copy, and review it as needed to respond and handle a possible purchase, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This limited permission does not give us a blanket right to publish your photos or personal details.

Contacting us is a request for a response about your inquiry. It is not permission for unrelated promotional email or text campaigns. Your carrier's ordinary call, message, or data charges may apply.

Guides and clothing information

Our guides provide general information. Dates, construction details, labels, condition, and reproductions can overlap or vary. A guide or an informal photo review is not a formal appraisal, authentication certificate, tax valuation, or promise of resale value.

Information can change and errors are possible. Let us know if you spot an error. Do not rely on a single detail to make a purchase, discard an item, clean a garment, or set a price.

Website content and brand names

Website text, photographs, graphics, and other material belong to Dust Em Vintage or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links for personal research. Permission for other reproduction or commercial reuse must come from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits the use.

References to Levi's and other brands identify the clothing discussed. They do not imply that Dust Em Vintage is affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by those brands.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send fraudulent offers, unlawful material, spam, malware, or material that violates another person's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, or collect other visitors' information. We may limit access or disregard submissions to protect the site or address misuse.

Third-party services and availability

The website uses external hosting, form processing, email, and other services. Their availability and their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. A link does not make us responsible for the content of another site.

Limits and your legal rights

We provide the website and general guides as available, without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on general website information or an interruption of the website.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability protected by applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights or change obligations under a separately agreed purchase.

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter a purchase already agreed between us unless both parties agree or the law requires it.
